THE PROBLEMS AND THE SOLUTIONS

I found it disturbing the fact that there are virtually NO masks available to the public that actually protect the wearer. All the experts are telling us that there is little to no protection from the virus by wearing a mask or cloth around the mouth and nose. All they do is a partial job of protecting others from you. This is really bad. 

I didn't like the basic design of the masks we have to choose from. So I decided to study the problem and come up with a better mask. I wanted a mask that is comfortable as possible and still give superior protection to both the user and the people the user comes in contact with. 

What I came up with after some rather extensive research into effective technologies is the Pup-ette Enterprises Ultimate Safety Cartridge Mask that is featured on this website. Below I will explain the features that make this Mask truly superior as well as the philosophy behind the Pup-ette business model during these hard times. 

The first problem I needed to resolve is the fact that current masks have to attempt to filter the virus when it is only about an inch or so from your nose and mouth. T

To resolve this problem I have I decided to use high quality food grade tubing to drop down from the mask with a filtration canister at the end capable of filtering out the virus. This can be tucked into your clothing for added protection. 

The virus has to make it through your clothing to the very spot where your canister is located before it can even have a chance to try to get through to your mouth and nose. 

The second problem I needed to resolve is the lousy job current masks do of keeping the virus from getting to your mouth and nose.  Most masks are way too pours to catch the virus and the ones that can catch them tend to leak around the edges. Sounds like a horror show to me. 

To resolve this my mask is created with a breathing chamber around your mouth and nose that seals out air from coming into it directly. The tube and canister set up greatly reduces any negative pressures inside the mask so there is very little suction pulling viruses around the edges of the mask.

The outer material of the mask is tight knit heavy duty windbreaker material that prevents air from penetrating it. There are Velcro straps that pull this material snugly around your face creating a second seal to prevent air and viruses from leaking around the mask to your face. 

The inner layer of material is very soft and plush making this the most comfortable mask you will ever wear and also creates an awesome seal. 

The breathing chamber inside the two fabrics is framed by a copper wire inside of a soft rubber tubing that can be shaped specifically to your face. 

The canister is lightweight and durable. It consist of a chamber with one way check valves that direct the breathing air in one and out the other as in the diagrams.

The filter material inside the canisters is just common cotton ball material. It has been proven to be just as effective if not more effective as the much sought after N95 mask material.

The best part of this is that you don't ever have to purchase expensive replacement cartridges. You simply wash and sterilize the cotton material or replace it with inexpensive cotton ball materials you can buy off the shelf at your grocery store or pharmacy. 

The mask is machine washable. Just remove the tubing and toss it in the wash. The outer fabric can be cleaned and sanitized easily with your favorite sanitizing solution or wipes. 

No other mask on the market can come close to being able to make these claims. This is mask is truly superior and you do deserve the best protection possible. It is my goal to save as many lives as I can.
