We have some simple warranties and principles we have come up with to keep you happy and treat you fairly.

First let’s discuss how your Pup-ette(s) should be treated.
They are not a "chew toy" to be left out to be chewed on throughout the day. Even a solid block of rawhide will eventually be destroyed if left out for your dog to gnaw away at.
Next your Pup-ette is not a “tug of war” toy. Even an old tire can eventually be destroyed by an aggressive dog playing “tug of war”.
And by all means we don’t want one of our Pup-etts to end up on the hand of a 5 year old and in the mouth of an angry Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Dobie, or??? Please!!! Use common sense!!!
Your Pup-ette is perfectly suited for having fun “play fighting” with small dogs, cats, and other small animals. We plan to make a “Big Dog” model soon.
Pup-etts are made especially durable to hold up to reasonable “Rough and Tumble” fun with your pet.
No dog toy will last forever.
That is why dog toy manufacturers don’t normally offer unconditional guarantees.
What we do offer is a guarantee that your Pup-ette(s) will arrive safely and in tack, that they will be quality made without defects from the factory. And that they will be reasonably durable for the purpose they have been designed for.
If you receive your Pup-ette(s) and you are not 100% satisfied at that time for any reason just ship it back to us and we will issue you a full refund.
We will even email you a return postage free shipping label to print out and attach to the package for return mailing.
We also have our exclusive “Your Pup-ette Will Always Have Value” warranty.
If for any reason your Pup-ette(s) get damaged or destroyed, or even if it gets old, ragged or dirty, or for any other reason you want to trade it in for a new one, we will send you a brand new Pup-ette for only $10. This Guarantee Never Expires. How Awesome is that.
This warranty is good FOREVER. It never expires.
All there has to be is 2/3rds of your Pup-ette’s outer skin left to claim this.
It does not matter to us what kind of abuse or misuse your Pup-ette has endured this warranty will still cover it.
On top of everything else we offer our “No Guarantee – Guarantee”.
Yes, that’s right. If at any time you feel that Pup-ette Enterprises should return your money to you for any reason we will. Period. Just return your purchase at our expense and we will issue a prompt refund.
And please include your reasons why you believe we should be returning your money. We want to know. And if you did not receive your Pup-ette, of course you will not be required to return it.
